Be It Resolved That: Under authority of Section 4.5.2 of Bylaw No. 3120/23, Council goes into an “in camera” session for the purpose stated in Section 239.2 of the Municipal Act.

- advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose;
